Margaritas & Tacos (Menu)

Tommy’s Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Blanco Tequila
  • .5 oz Agave Syrup (mix 2 parts agave nectar + 1 part hot water)
  • .75 oz Lime Juice

Glass: Coupe

Method: Combine ingredients and shake, strain straight up into chilled coupe (without ice).

Garnish: Lime wheel

 

Spicy Mezcal Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Mezcal  
  • .5 oz Honey Syrup (mix 2 parts honey + 1 part hot water)
  • .5 oz Pineapple Juice
  • .75 oz Lime
  • Jalapeño

Glass: Rocks

Method: Muddle Jalapeño, then combine ingredients and shake, strain on fresh ice.

Garnish: Pineapple wheel

 

Rosemary Cucumber Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Blanco Tequila
  • .75 oz Rosemary Syrup (mix 1 part water + 1 part sugar + 4 rosemary sprigs)
  • .75 oz Lemon
  • 2 Cucumber Slices

Glass: Rocks

Method: Muddle Cucumbers, combine and shake ingredients and stain on fresh ice.

Garnish: Cucumber and rosemary



Vanilla Passion Fruit Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Reposado Tequila
  • .5 oz Vanilla Syrup (mix simple syrup with + 1 dash vanilla extract)
  • .75 oz Passion Fruit Puree
  • 1 Dash Orange Bitters

Glass: Rocks

Method: Combine ingredients and shake, strain on fresh ice.

Garnish: Orange Zest
