Class Notes: Class Notes: Launched this past May, Ten To One Rum is a contemporary blend that has been created to challenge expectations and reinvigorate the way people taste, experience and talk about rum. Join founder, Marc Farrell and Liquor Lab's own Jim Ryan, as we explore the nuances of Ten To One Rum.

 Cocktails to be made: Four distinct cocktails that highlight the versatility of the the Ten To One Dark and White Rum.

Food Menu:  Prince St Pizza + Charcuterie and cheese pairings with bread, pita, and cracker boards. Assorted veggies, dips, hummus, and assorted sides will also be served.
