Class notes: At Liquor Lab, we basically have one rule: No vodka sodas. In this class, we'll pay homage to the original high ball cocktail while exploring how it has evolved into other cocktails that we love today. Mingle with new and old friends in between cocktail instruction while sipping fresh made cocktails that range from light and refreshing to strong and delicious.

Run Of Show: Prince St. Pizza and small plate buffet, intro, cocktail #1, social time to chat with your guest(s)(10-15 min), cocktail #2, social break (10-15 min), cocktail #3, social break (10-15 min), cocktail #4, final social break (15-20 min).

Cocktail Menu: Four full cocktails that incorporate carbonation. Think variations on classic highballs, Moscow mules, etc... (cocktails below).

Food Menu: Prince St Pizza Charcuterie and cheese pairings with bread, pita, and cracker boards. Assorted veggies, dips, hummus, and assorted sides will also be served.

 The Big Apple

  • Basic Vodka
  • Green Apple Vinegar
  • Chill Extract
  • Soda water
Served: Short Collins
Garnish: Apple infused Olive Oil garnish and dehydrated apple slice
