Class Notes: Immerse yourself in a two hour voyage that sets the groundwork to learn the various identities of Whiskey.  Our Chief Cocktail Officer Freddie Sarkis will lead the experience, which includes a wide range of whiskey, a selection of BBQ from one of our favorites, and a whole lot of shake, stirring, and sipping.

Run Of Show: Small plate BBQ buffet, Intro, first cocktail instruction, social break/light music (10-15min), food buffet served, second cocktail instruction, social break/light music (15min), third cocktail instruction, social break/light music (10-15min), final cocktail instruction, outro, social break/light music.

Cocktail Menu: We'll create four different types of delicious whiskey cocktails and see the difference in the types of whiskeys that we use. From light and refreshing to boozy and stirred, you don't want to miss this one.

Food menu: Hill Country BBQ with charcuterie and cheese pairings and assorted veggies, dips and hummus will be served.

What You Need: Make sure to bring your photo ID, arrive early and let us know of any allergies you have or any non-alcoholic substitutes you desire. If you are in a group, please provide the number of people in your group and a designated name.
